Finding Items

For particular items, use the search feature to find them quickly. You can also click the departments tab and browse items, based on their categories. Clicking the heart next to an item will add it to your favorites and save it there for next time.

Can’t Find an Item?

Be sure to let us know which item was missing and we will do our best to add to the store. If it is available in store, we will offer it.


In-Store Inventory

DropIt is in not connected with the in-store inventory systems. Therefore we cannot guarantee all searchable items will be available. We do our best to keep our online marketplace updated with current products, please note some items are seasonal.


Delivery Instructions

When placing your order there will be a box for Delivery Instructions. Ex. “The green house at d top by the loquat tree, downstairs apartment.” or “In a wheel-chair, knock hard and come in please”


What Happens If I’m Not at Home?

When you place your order, we advise that you select a time that you will be at home. When your order is picked up by the driver, you will receive a notification via email/txt.

In the rare event that you will not make the specified delivery time, please respond to the drivers message and inform them of the situation and what works best. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but in the interest of other deliveries we must come to a solution promptly. If the driver arrives on location and no one is home, the driver will contact you using the contact information provided for further instructions.


Replacement Items

The Items added to your cart, if unavailable will be replaced with the best match. In this case, the shopper filling the order is prompted to select the best possible replacement for your out of stock item.
We either replace or refund out of stock items,you can manage this when placing your order. Refunds will be received in the form of DropIt Cash (Store Credit).


Curbside Pickup

Curbside pickup allows you to park briefly in designated spots to pick up your picked and packed bags. Once the order has been shopped and prepared for pickup, you will receive txt/email message with pickup instructions.



You can cancel your delivery for a full refund with no additional fees, up until 4 hours before the start of your specified delivery window. To cancel your order, please call us at 441-732-7474
