INSTRUCTIONS AND MEASUREMENTS
- 5 oz fresh wild salmon
- 1 tbsp tsp low sodium soy sauce (can use Bragg liquid aminos)
- 1/2 lemon
- Place the salmon on foil, skin side down, drizzle with soy sauce and lemon juice, wrap the foil up into a little pouch around the salmon. BBQ for 8-12 minutes depending on thickness of the salmon. The bonus is that the skin will stick to the foil the meat will easily come away.
- Serve with brown or wild rice with chopped grilled broccoli and asparagus tossed in.
